The agriturismo

Located 5 km from Cividale del Friuli, in an area with a strong agricultural vocation and a view of the Cividale hills, the farm dates back to the mid-19th century and includes cultivated land of about 100 hectares in the municipalities of Moimacco, Remanzacco, Torreano and Faedis.

The farmhouse is the result of a renovation aimed at creating a pleasant environment while maintaining the pre-existing typology.

For the safety of our clients, breakfast will be served at the table. The accommodations as well as the common areas, will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected as required by the Regional Anti Covid 19 specification.

Inside the farmhouse you will easily find hand sanitizing gel at your disposal, masks and disposable gloves.

The accommodation

The farmhouse offers 5 rooms in various types (single, double, triple, with terrace and view of the hills) and 5 spacious, beamed apartments (with kitchen, oven, refrigerator, terrace, living room bathroom with window in some and Jacuzzi shower stall in others). There are combination security safes in apartments 3 4 5 6 and 7.

Breakfast, sweet and savory, is served in the reception area with activated virus standards.

There is no longer a buffet, but mini buffets for each individual table.

There is a spa area with a shell-like pool (120 sq. m. with three depths: 50, 100, and 140) inside the courtyard, surrounded by fine wood and lawn. Adjacent to the pool is a sauna for 4/5 people. Lately, a hot tub for 6 adults has been added. Access is allowed only and exclusively to people staying inside the facility.

A large fenced parking lot is independently accessible by radio control (supplied with the keys to the accommodation).The parking lot is fully fenced and under 24-hour video surveillance With INAIL authorization.

Activities and surrounding

Worth a visit is nearby Cividale del Friuli, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its museum, Devil's Bridge, cathedral, and many typical Friulian eateries where you can enjoy traditional dishes and sip local wines.

Udine is about 15 km away, while within 40 to 50 km are Gorizia (state border with Slovenia), Trieste, with its sea and squares, and the Collio Friulano with typical locales and wine cellars.

Also recommended are visits to the coast and its beaches, including the resorts of Grado (about 50 km) and Lignano Sabbiadoro (about 80 km).
