Located in the breathtaking countryside the villa is set among hills, it is composed por 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms.There is a Private LARGE and stunning pool 14x7 metres with salt depuration and romans steps and offers a stunning view on the valley,it is surronded by a 5000mt garden on 12 acres propierty. Roses, rosmary, lavander,ulivi,figs,cherries trees, create a perfect setting for relaxing under a charming outdoor gazebos near the pool. Free Wi-Fi 10 mg is avaible.
The accommodation
The agriturismo Surya is composed of four rooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms, while the other two have shared bathrooms. Wireless internet access is available in the swimming pool and large gardens. The swimming pool (14x7 mt) with salt system, has a breathtaking view of the Umbrian hills and offers fantastic sunsets, surrounded by a garden of roses and rocks of about 10.000 sqm, equipped with tables and chairs. The pool is open from June to September. You can taste on reservation meals or aperitifs made with organic products, vegetables, olive oil, fruit and wine without sulphites.

Magliano Sabina, thanks to its strategic location just 50 km from Rome and other places of artistic interest, is an ideal place to spend a holiday and visit nearby Viterbo, Orvieto, Spoleto and Siena. The Sabine hills remain firmly rooted in tradition. Despite its proximity to Rome, Sabina is a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The landscape of the Sabine Mountains is more lush and green than you might expect. This part of the countryside of Rome is a mosaic of olive groves and vineyards, dotted with ancient monasteries and medieval villages. Just a few kilometers from Villa Surya there are a few villages of rare beauty, Calvi dell'Umbria (5 km) famous for its murals, Narni, Civita Castellana (8km), known for its ceramics, Viterbo (20 km), known as the city of the Popes, the medieval city and its Baths, Soriano del Cimino, Civita di Bagnoregio.
