CHECK-IN from 4 pm onwards. We ask our guests to let us know their arrival time in good time.
CHECK-OUT by 10 am. We ask that you notify us of your check-out time so that we can be present to hand over the keys.
RESERVATIONS: take place at least one week before the date of arrival specifying the period in which you intend to book and the number of guests. The stay can be a maximum of 29 days.
PAYMENT: half amount within 24 hours from the time of booking. If payment is not made within 24 hours, the reservation is forfeited. The remaining amount must be paid within 15 days after check-in. In case of non-payment, the reservation will not be confirmed with loss of the deposit paid. For reservations within 15 days of check-in, full payment is required within 24 hours of booking.
CLEANING: a cleaning fee of 120 euros is required to be paid along with the balance.
HEATING: heating is charged on consumption of bags of pellets. The cost of a bag of pellets is 6 euros and must be paid at the end of the stay.
