The agriturismo
The farmhouse overlooks the hill facing the Tiber Valley, just a few kilometers north of Rome. It offers accommodation in comfortable apartments with swimming pool. Direct connection to Rome. The place is great for both those looking for tranquility and for those who want to visit the nearby art cities: Rome, Tivoli, Farfa.
The accommodation
The total hospitality is 23 people in 6 apartments, sleeping 2/5. Each apartment is self contained and independent, carefully furnished. It is equipped with toilet, fully equipped kitchen, heating and TV.
The upstairs apartments have a panoramic balcony and air conditioning, the larger apartments are on the ground floor with a fireplace, porch and garden. All apartments enjoy Wi-Fi connection. A washing machine is also available.
The property is complemented by a garden with children's playground, a wide porch equipped with tables, benches, barbecue and wood oven, and a separate large pool area.
Activities and surrounding
There are many leisure opportunities within the farmhouse: around the residence there are a large garden and a swimming pool (5x14m).
It is possible to conduct equestrian activities on the farm and use a large covered and illuminated riding hall. Horses can be housed in boxes or outdoors.
Among the activities are also the participation in the harvesting of olives.
Outside the facility, you can visit abbeys, castles and museums in the surroundings, trekking and cycling.
For those who love sports, nearby there are facilities for tennis, swimming and gym.
The Tiber represents an added value: by reservation, it is possible to navigate with 40 minutes up to 5 hours on 22-seater solar power boats. In addition, with a card issued by the Oasis, it is possible to fish and chew. Along the shore and in the surrounding area, there are occasions for hiking, biking on horseback and by boat. Finally, the Tevere Farfa Nature Reserve is an area of great naturalistic interest, where even Birdwatching can be practiced.
