a shuttle service is available to the nearby station of Cesano where a train leaves every 15 minutes for the center of Rome (https://road2rome.it/per-visitare-roma/)
The property does not currently have food service but by reservation is available, subject to availability and for a fee, the "first grocery" service: we can have a box including 2 bottles of water, 1 package of pasta, 1 sauce, onion and garlic, 1 package of fresh eggs, oil, bread, salt , sugar, 1 package of cookies, 1 carton of milk, coffee, tea and 1 jar of jam found on your arrival. So you can enjoy your first day of vacation to the fullest without any worries! We will be glad to meet your special needs. The service has an additional charge of 50 euros.
We can also arrange for ready-made meals cooked by us for you to find when you arrive: lasagna, ready-made sauces (e.g. meat sauce) eggplant parmigiana, rustic pies, omelets, meatloaf with side dishes...
Also for barbecue, we can arrange a basket with everything you need.
These services should be requested at the time of booking.
Rules for guests
Arrivalsand Departures: Arriving guests are received from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; departing guests must check out from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
In order to enable us to welcome you in the best way possible, please advise us of your approximate estimated time of arrival and notify us promptly of any delays.
Arrivals that, for special needs, will have to take place at different times must be communicated in advance and will have an extra cost of 20 euros to be paid upon arrival.
Tourist tax: throughout the City of Rome applies a tourist tax: EUR 6.00 per person per night, up to 10 nights. Children under 10 years of age are exempt.
Important Information.
Keys: During the stay the key is not kept at the Reception, it remains with the guest. A fee of €10.00 is charged for a lost key.
Valuables: Avoid leaving valuables unattended. The management disclaims any responsibility for their possible loss.
Consumption containment: You have chosen a vacation in direct contact with nature, help us respect it and safeguard the environment by trying to limit the consumption of water, gas and electricity, turning off lights and heating, etc. in your absence or when not needed
Parking: Private, unattended parking is available free of charge on the premises.
Pets: We also gladly accept your pets, as long as they are polite and accustomed to contact with other people and animals. Dogs must be kept on a leash in common areas and during breakfast. Please notify us in advance, however, in order to better manage your arrival as we have our own dogs on the farm.
Access to the Pool
The farm has a swimming pool (open from May to September) with a depth of 1.50 m; it is unmanned by security personnel and therefore use by minors is permitted only if accompanied by parents or a responsible person.
The pool is for the exclusive use of guests of the facility.
