In the heart of the Decima Nature Reserve is the farmhouse that once belonged to the Colonna princes, which has been restored to accommodate in three apartments those who want to visit and reach beautiful and historic Rome in a short time. The family-run farmhouse offers its guests a friendly and comfortable environment.
The accommodation
In the heart of the Decima Nature Reserve, there is the farmhouse that belonged to the Colonna princes, which has been restored to accommodate three people who want to visit and quickly reach the beautiful and historic Rome. The farmhouse is located in the most beautiful area of ??the Roman Empire, rich in historical evidence. The family-run farm offers its guests a friendly and comfortable environment. It consists of three apartments with private entrance and ample parking. Each apartment has a living room with an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. They are furnished with care and have TV, fridge and heating. A large garden full of plants and even secular allows, who has visited Rome, to relax sitting in the cool or under a comfortable covered patio, listening to the song of various birds, cicadas and crickets. Leaving the car in the company, you can easily reach the Metro B by taking a bus (703) that stops in front of our entrance. The strategic location of the farm allows guests to visit, in addition to Rome, in just 20 minutes, both the Castelli Romani (Ariccia, Castel Gandolfo, Albano, Genzano and Marino), the sea (Torvajanica and Ostia) and also the fun parks of Zoomarine and Cinecittà World. Just 50 meters from our company there is a Sports Club with tennis courts, soccer field and swimming pool (which are not part of the farm). For those who do not want to cook in the apartment there is a Bar-Pizzeria-Restaurant near the farmhouse or 2 Km. (Always on Via Laurentina) a restaurant. For those who love shopping just 15 minutes away, you can immerse yourself in the shopping city, with over 110 boutiques, Castel Romano Designer Outlet and Euroma2 (Eur area).
Activities and surrounding
A large garden full of even centuries-old plants allows those who have visited Rome to relax sitting in the cool air or under a comfortable covered patio, listening to the song of various birds, cicadas and crickets. Leaving then the car at the Company, one can easily reach the Metro B by taking a bus line (073) that has a stop in front of our entrance. For those who do not want to cook in the apartment there is a Bar-Pizzeria-Restaurant ( El Patio) just a short walk from the farmhouse . For those who like to shop just 15 minutes away you can immerse yourself in the shopping city, with over 110 boutiques, of Castel Romano Designer Outlet - Centro Commerciale Euroma2 (Eur area ) - Centro Commerciale Maximo. The rate of the stay does not include the contribution of stay of € 4 per night per person, to be paid then in the structure.

Well-organized farmhouse, stocked with everything, even some emergency food if you didn't make it in time to get groceries. Close to the metro B terminus, a strategic location for visiting Rome and sleeping outside the urban context, in a quiet place.
