In a renovated stone farmhouse, 1 km from Acquapendente, a welcoming agriturismo with 6 guest apartments on the Via Francigena, a few minutes from Lake Bolsena.

A beautiful swimming pool, with loungers, tables and hammocks, is located in a scenic spot surrounded by age old trees. There's also a private fishing lake just a few km away.

The accommodation

Split between the ground floor and the first floor, the apartments feature exposed beams, wooden furniture, fully-equipped kitchens (with fridges, freezers, 4 ring gas hobs and ovens), lounges, bathrooms with showers and independent heating, TVs, Wi-Fi and outside space with tables, chairs and umbrellas.

 

In detail: Timo features a double bedroom and a triple room with 3 single beds; Menta offers a double bedroom and a triple with one single bed and a set of bunk beds; Lavanda comprises one double and one single room; Salvia offers a double room and a triple room with 3 single beds; Rosmarino offers one double and a second bedroom with bunk beds; Origano is a guesthouse with a double bedroom and a twin room with single beds. Additional bunk beds are available on request.

 

The extensive facilities include: a laundry room (with washing machine, iron and ironing board); tennis court; barbecue; play area with swings (2 seats), slide, seesaw, spring horse; covered parking; reception service and assistance with bike hire, tourist information and booking facilities and restaurants.
