Crib for children 0-3 years old: free of charge. Children over 4 years old pay the same as adults. ((In double rooms with single beds it is NOT possible to add a cot/cot for children).
MEALS
- Breakfast: included for rooms. For apartments and cottages € 15.00 per day per adult, € 10.00 per day for children up to 12 years old.
- Lunch: € 30.00 per day per adult, € 20.00 per day for children up to 12 years old.
- Dinner: € 40.00 per day per adult, € 30.00 per day for children up to 12 years old.
Please note: there is no restaurant on the farm; instead, meals are served at the equestrian centre's restaurant, which offers a set menu.
DAILY CLEANING: included for rooms, extra charge for apartments and cottages.
FINAL CLEANING: included for rooms, apartments and cottages.
SECURITYDEPOSIT: A security deposit of € 500.00 in cash or card will be required upon arrival. This is a security deposit that will be returned upon departure after check-out if there are no damages.
Access to the swimming pool and tennis court is included in all accommodations.
POOLS: The main pool is located under the beautiful gazebo terrace and measures 6.50 x 16 meters. Next to it is a children's pool measuring 2 x 2 meters. An additional pool measuring 8.50 x 4 meters is reserved for guests staying in the Marta and Capodimonte cottages. Comfortable wooden loungers are available for sunbathing. Free access from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Open from June to September.
