STAY TAX: €1 per night per person, only for the first SEVEN NIGHTS of stay (children under 10 years old are exempt);

Check-in: from 3:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. (please arrange check-in time with the owners via email).
Check-out: by 10 a.m., strictly.
Pets, if clean and quiet, are allowed on request; there may be an extra charge (request info via email).
Heating: there may be an extra charge. Ask the owners for information; Once the reservation is made, 30% of the total cost will be charged as a
deposit from the guest's credit card;
Each accommodation is arranged for a maximum number of people indicated on the website that cannot be exceeded in any case.
CANCELLATION/DISPOSAL CONDITIONS: for cancellations made up to 45 days before the check-in date, no penalty will be charged and the deposit will be returned; from 44 to 30 days before the check-in date, the full deposit will be retained; in the last 29 days, 90 % of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
