Gas, water and electricity are included in the prices as long as they do not exceed the standards of average consumption. Heating is provided with an extra charge of euro 10 per day, with normal consumption.
Bathroom linen and bed linen are available on request with an extra charge of euro 25 for the one-room apartment and euro 50 for the two-room apartment.
The reservation request must be made by deposit (50%) to be paid by bank transfer. The balance must be paid 1 month before arrival (for those who book in less time the entire balance must be paid at the time of booking).
For overnight stays longer than 2 weeks a furtherreduction of 10%is applied.
