The agriturismo
The farmhouse is situated in Val Prino, a valley behind Imperia, in a quiet area in contact with nature. Its recently restored apartments offer comfortable accommodations for groups of friends and families, that can enjoy their holiday relaxing in the farmhouse's open air swimming pool with jacuzzi.
The accommodation
The houses, all recently rearranged with care and elegance, are located in two different municipalities: in Imperia, surrounded in the green of the countryside, with a spacious garden and beautiful swimming pool with waterfall; in Valloria, little medieval town where you can walk in the maze of carruggi to discover the painted doors, real works of art.
The farmhouse includes 4 similar apartments, the Case Colorate, each one composed by: a bedroom with a double bed, big living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and a private terrace. Each apartment has washing-machine, dishwasher, air-conditioning, satellite TV.
The four apartments are also connected by a large terrace that can be a place for parties. Families or groups who stay in the apartments can meet on the terrace for lunches or dinners outdoors.
9 kilometres far from the main house and 15 km far from the sea, you will find the attractive village of Valloria, a charming village surrounded by nature. In this beautiful theatre guests can stay in 2 apartments, the Case Il Maniero, each one composed by: 2 bedrooms, a big kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace with a view on all the valley. Each apartment has washing-machine, satellite TV; the kitchen has all the necessary (oven, big refrigerator, freezer, cutlery, dishes, etc.).
For the guests who stay in Valloria, the swimming pool is not available.
Activities and surrounding
At the farmhouse the guests can relax in the big swimming pool with jacuzzi; can enjoy good barbecues; on request it is possible to organize oil and wine tasting courses and to rent mountain bikes.
The farmhouse is situated 20 km far from Sanremo, 40 km far from Montecarlo and close to the Costa Azzurra.
Close to the torrent Prino there are some nice little lakes, which offer freshness and calmness, in contact with nature.
