The agriturismo
La Terrazza di Belvedere is a new,eco-sustainable,low-energy farmhouse,with a beautiful swimming pool and a large solarium set in a lush garden,with a panoramic view that sweeps from the hills to the nearby Ligurian Sea.
The farmhouse has 2 apartments equipped with all modern comforts and is built with natural stone. It blends perfectly with the nature that surrounds it, fitting into the olive grove, its agricultural vocation. On request it is possible to taste the farm products.
The accommodation
The farmhouse consists of two independent apartments of 75 square meters. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room with kitchen and finally a bathroom. Each apartment offers space for four people plus two extra guests who can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
All rooms are equipped with heat pumps and split system for air conditioning. The kitchens are equipped with induction electric hotplates, microwaves, toasters, and water kettles. There are televisions tuned to major international channels in the living rooms. Internet access is free of charge. .
Guests can enjoy a barbecue area, a beautiful panoramic swimming pool , and a 200-square-meter sun terrace, from which they can admire a 360-degree panorama of the surrounding hills and the Ligurian Sea..
In order to lower the energy footprint as much as possible, the property is equipped with a system of heat pumps connected to solar panels in the production of hot water.The farmhouse is equipped with several sources of water supply to increase its resilience to drought periods.
There is a charging station for electric cars available, the use of which will incur an extra cost.
Activities and surrounding
The area is particularly suitable for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. There is a beautiful bicycle path on the coast that runs along the sea for about 40 km, from Ospedaletti to Imperia. There are numerous free and equipped beaches along the coast.
The facility itself is close to the famous resort "laghetti di Lecchiore" where it is possible to bathe in natural pools.
The agritourism offers, by reservation, days of tasting of typical local products, particularly theTaggiasca olive, olive pate and Taggiasco evo oil. On request, tasting of local wines is offered.
In October and November it is possible to attend the olive harvest.In the spring months, again on request, walks with wild herb experts are organized.Horseback riding is possible.
