VIA MONTALBANO 211, 19125 La Spezia (La Spezia) Code 011015-AGR-0005
In the hills of La Spezia, just a few kilometers from the city center and the beautiful villages of the Cinque Terre, lies the Cerrolungo farmhouse, a peaceful place to enjoy relaxation.
The property is an island away from the hustle and bustle, where every day you wake up to the smell of coffee and bread baked in a wood-fired oven, have breakfast in the shade of the ancient porch, and where the day ends sipping a glass of wine and admiring the sun setting behind the hills.
The farm produces wine, oil, jams and marmalades , preserves, vegetables and herbs. All products can be tasted and purchased on site.
The Cerrolungo farmhouse has recently been restored in the name of family memories dating back several generations.
The rooms are furnished with period furniture and retain the original finishes: the pleasant rustic decorations with watercolors on ceilings and walls, the typical chestnut or terracotta wood floors and the typical cement tiles.
The farmhouse consists of:
- Villa Maddalena, with three large double rooms overlooking the farm vineyards, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living room;
- two double rooms with private bathrooms;
- a quadruple room with 2 rooms and private bathroom.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Each room is equipped with bath/bed linen, and WiFi is also available in some.
On the lower floor of the facility is the tasting room and the winery, the heart of wine production.
Lunches, dinners and aperitifs are served by reservation.
The sea and Cinque Terre are within easy reach of the farmhouse, just 3.5km (10 minutes by car) from the departure of trains and boats.
To visit: The Gulf of Poets with its enchanting villages (Tellaro, Lerici, Fiascherino, Cadimare, Fezzano and Portovenere), Lunigiana and the renowned medieval villages rich in history (Sarzana, Fosdinovo, Castelnuovo Magra), the Apuan Alps and the Marble Quarries, The Vara Valley, its villages and its bursting nature (Varese Ligure, Brugnato, Pignone, Ponzò).
