The agriturismo
Located a few miles from the Cinque Terre and the beautiful village of Monterosso, in the fresh and charming Vara Valley area, the relaxing, recently-built agriturismo is located in a strategic position for reaching the sea, the inland Liguria area and the cities of La Spezia, Lerici and Portovenere.

Agriturismo Daniela is made up of 6 rooms with independent bathroom (4 doubles and 2 triples), a panoramic terrace, a large garden with swimming pool (seasonal opening from 01/06 to 30/09) where you can enjoy an aperitif at sunset returning from a day discovering the area. Breakfast is served on a veranda with a panoramic view of the hills of Val di Vara, and is made up of typical local products, cured meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, freshly prepared eggs from our hens and homemade desserts prepared every day by the lady Daniela.
In the adjacent Agriturismo da Luisa, guests will be able to enjoy food cooked according to the ancient Ligurian tradition: excellent vegetable-based appetizers, such as green cakes and bruschetta with the oil produced by the farm; homemade pasta, including ravioli with wild herbs; local meats and delicious desserts rigorously prepared at home by Mrs. Luisa. The structure also has a large garden, outdoor terrace and play area for children.
Both facilities have ample free parking.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo is surrounded by greenery, on a hillside just inland from the Cinque Terre. 20 minutes from Monterosso, it is the ideal place for hiking enthusiasts who, from here, can follow trails to reach the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri.
The lush Vara Valley, the area in which the agriturismo is located, offers ample opportunities for excursions nearby on foot or by mountain bike: it is the largest valley inLiguria and features an extraordinarily varied landscape and forests. The whole valley is dotted with historical towns in charming locations: Corvara, Borghetto Vara,Varese Ligure...
In a short space of time, visitors can reach the enchanting Golfo dei Poeti with its famous resorts (Portovenere, Lerici), all the charming villages in the Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso), the Montemarcello–Magra river park and the Lunigiana area. Pisa is less than an hour’s drive away.

Very warm welcome. Lots of good information provided. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind and we could not enjoy the beautiful pool. Clean room with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills/mountains. The only downside was the limited choice of restaurants in the area.
