Nestled in the green mid-Vara Valley, in a relaxing atmosphere cheered by the sounds of nature, the farmhouse offers a relaxing vacation with a caring welcome, good vegetarian, organic and homemade food and an ideal setting for regeneration.
The view opens onto a wide valley dotted with ancient small villages.
An old farmhouse on an organic farm which produces fruit, vegetables, wine and olive oil. The farm is home to dogs, cats, hens, horses, goats and sheep. On the first two floors of the house you'll find the guest rooms, while the ground floor houses the lounge and dining room.
The guest rooms are spacious and well illuminated by their large windows, and each one includes its own private bathroom. The accommodation is furnished with old family pieces, creating an intimate, homely ambience.
A large garden surrounds the house, and the cool veranda is the ideal place for al fresco dining in summer. The agriturismo serves vegetarian breakfasts and dinners. Many of the dishes stem from Ligurian tradition, prepared using ingredients from the farm itself and other local producers.
The farm is certified organic and participates in local markets with its products.
The farm is 9 km by car from La Spezia station from where, by train, you can visit the Cinque Terre.
Nearby there are trails that run through the green hills of the valley. A few kilometers away one can take a section of the Alta via dei Monti Liguri.
Canoeing and rafting are practiced on the Vara River.
Ancient villages surround the farmhouse. You can spend a day at the sea on the beautiful Levanto beach or visit the villages of Portovenere, Lerici, Fiascherino , and Tellaro.
From La Spezia you can reach by train in about an hour art cities such as Genoa, Pisa, Lucca , and beautiful Carrara, where you can visit the ancient white marble quarries.
