Agriturismo Podere Le Vispe

A vacation in the countryside by the sea, between Liguria and Tuscany on a farm holiday. Podere Le Vispe offers hospitality in two warmly colored and cozy apartments and has a restaurant, making it the ideal half for all those who wish to enjoy genuine flavors after a day of hiking and the sea.

The farmhouse is 5 km from the Marinella and Fiumaretta beaches, a 15 mn walk away there is a public service that takes you to the beaches.

LODGING

The farmhouse has 2 bright and spacious modern apartments with cheerful colors.

LOFT IL FIENILE /2. 4 guests)

Accessed by a staircase of 4 steps, you enter the living room with a dining area and a sofa. The kitchen connects the living room to the sleeping area, where you will find a desk and a double bed, the ante-bathroom with a sink, washing machine and built-in closet, and the bathroom with an extra-large shower. The space is designed as a single room that makes the most of the light coming in through the windows overlooking the fields and the sea. Amenities present: air conditioning, kettle, induction cooktop, coffee pod machine, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, and free Wifi.

LA TORRETTA (up to 8 guests)

La Torretta was the former manor house; it has its own garden where outdoor dining is possible and its own private entrance with parking. Suitable for a family vacation or with friends, it can accommodate up to 8 people.

On the ground floor we find the entrance, kitchen with a small terrace, dining room and living room, a flight of stairs leads to the sleeping area. There are two double bedrooms, one with a 180×200 sea-view king-size bed and a smaller one with a 140×190 French bed. A third room can accommodate 4 people in single bunk beds. Bathroom with shower is located in the sleeping area with a balcony and a beautiful view.

Outside is a room with washing machine, marble sink and 2 large communal showers, with separate toilet.

Please note, the house does not have specific protection for children under 6 years old.

Amenities present: Air conditioning, kettle, induction cooktop, electric oven, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher; washing machine, hair dryer; heating and pellet stove (in winter); television.

KITCHEN

Evening tastings: The farmhouse offers a unique menu that varies each week, at 25 euros, based on 0-km ingredients. It includes appetizer and main course. You will taste the 7 bold greens with homemade bread and focaccia, followed by a single dish of your choice of land, sea or vegan. Plus, for those with a sweet tooth, we offer a small plate of local cheeses or a chef's dessert proposal for 6 euros. You will find a selection of wines from local producers, our partners. The farm is located in the Colli di Luni DOC area, Vermentino is at home!

Upon request, it is possible to offer a seafront breakfast , a light lunch of salads and vegetables, and aperitifs.

It is also possible to organize events with a dedicated menu.

SEA, VILLAGES AND CITIES OF ART

5 km away are the beaches Marinella and Fiumaretta, 15 min walk there is a public service to the beaches. The farm offers the possibility of renting bicycles.

Portovenere is a 40-km drive away. A 10-mn walk away is a direct bus to Portovenere.

The agritourism is close to the 5 Terre: To reach them we recommend taking the train at Sarzana.

In a few minutes you can reach La Spezia or Carrara, in less than an hour by car you can easily reach Lucca and Versilia, Levanto or Varese Ligure and the green oasis of Val di Vara, Pisa with its beauties and the Certosa di Calci.

TREKKING

The Via Francigena passes through Podere Le Vispe, right under its olive grove. We recommend visiting the Montemarcello Regional Natural Park, trekking to Campocecina with its marble quarries and a breathtaking view of the Gulf of La Spezia. The Trekking Lunigiana trail is a beautiful loop through forests and valleys.
