Just a stone's throw from Cinque Terre, the 13th-century villa that houses the agritourism offers every comfort of modern life in a setting out of our times.

Renovated since the 1990s, the villa is now divided into five apartments, all of which are large, preserving inside them characteristic elements of a rural era, such as ovens, millstones, presses and fireplaces.

The villa is surrounded by the greenery of crops typical of the area, such as olive trees, vegetable gardens and orchards.

All apartments are fully equipped with washing machines, modern kitchens, also including dishwashers, televisions and bathrooms in excellent condition, as well as each having a private terrace from which splendid views can be contemplated. The ample space allows for the possibility of considering additional beds in addition to those indicated in the card of each apartment, thanks also to the presence of comfortable sofa beds.

Apartment La Macina (230sqm, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, 2 bathrooms and private terrace): the apartment is on two floors and has three bedrooms, two doubles and one with two single beds. The living room is a large open space composed of a sofa area and is enriched by characteristic elements of a rural era such as a large stone millstone, a wine press and a fireplace. The ceiling is antique with wooden beams. The apartment has a very large terrace of 75 square meters, overlooking the valley of Levanto with a breathtaking view and garnished with many flowering plants. The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, umbrella and also with a relaxation area consisting of 2 chaise longues, 2 sunbeds and a second large umbrella. The large apartment has a dining room with a table for 6 people right in the hall of the ancient Macina. The high antique ceiling is attic with wooden beams. The kitchen is livable and fully equipped with 2 refrigerators and freezer, oven, 4 burners and also dishwasher. Apartment Gli Archi (180sqm, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6, 2 bathrooms and private terrace): the apartment is arranged on one floor and has two large bedrooms, the first double while the second can be arranged with a double bed or two single beds. The living room is very large and has several sofas, among which one is a double sofa bed, fireplace and television. The kitchen is livable and fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, 4 burners and also dishwasher.The two bathrooms the apartment has are fully equipped, one with a shower while the other has a bathtub. The apartment has a large panoramic terrace accessed from the living room, furnished with table, chairs and umbrella. Apartment La Pergola (150sqm, 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6, 2 bathrooms and private terrace): the apartment is on two floors and has three bedrooms, two doubles and one with two beds in which is preserved an ancient oven inside which bread and other foods were baked in ancient times. The living room consists of a sitting area with sofas and fireplace enhanced by a beautiful staircase with black slate steps and wrought-iron handrails, overlooking a kitchen area. The kitchen is livable and fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, 4 burner stove and also dishwasher. The two bathrooms the apartment has are fully equipped, both with shower. The apartment has a charming private terrace built with the technique of dry stone walls and covered by a typical pergola on which vine plants climb, including a table, chairs and armchairs in a panoramic position. Apartment La Casa di Nanni - Camino (90sqm, 1 large open space, 2 beds, 1 bathroom and private terrace): the apartment is a large open space consisting of a sofa area with television and a large double bed, enriched by a beautiful fireplace and a high mansard ceiling with wooden beams.The kitchen is livable and fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, oven, 4 burner stove and also dishwasher. The bathroom was finely renovated in 2023 and has a comfortable countertop with two sinks, walk-in shower, toilet and bidet. The apartment has a large panoramic terrace accessed from the living room, furnished with table, chairs and umbrella. Guests have free wi-fi, a flat-screen television , and a first set of linens and towels included in the price.

Apartment La Casa di Nanni - Giardino (90sqm, 1 bedroom, sleeps 2 in sofa bed, 1 bathroom and private garden): the large master bedroom has a double bed with a scenic handcrafted headboard, two armchairs, a chest of drawers and two wooden bedside tables. The high mansard ceiling is formed by wooden beams. In a second room there is a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and induction hobs, as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa bed for two. A wardrobe closet can be accessed from the living room. The bathroom the apartment has consists of a washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower. The apartment has a private garden accessible by an outside staircase, furnished with a table, chairs and umbrella. Guests have free wi-fi, a flat-screen television , and a first set of linens and towels included in the price.

The property also offers ample parking facilities, suitable to accommodate more than one car per apartment.

The vast land surrounding the farmhouse, about 30 hectares, is mostly cultivated. In fact, the farm offers guests the opportunity to be able to buy healthy and genuine zero-mile products, such as seasonal fruits and vegetables as well as their own olive oil.

From the orchard: garlic, watermelons, beets, basil, chard, artichokes, cucumbers, onions, green beans, lettuce, eggplant, melons, mint, potatoes, ox-eye tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, parsley, radishes, celery, spinach, jackdaws, thyme, pumpkins, zucchini.

From the orchard: apricots, sour cherries, persimmons, cherries, figs, mulberries, kiwis, apples, pomegranate, nashi, percocche, pears, peaches, plums, plums, table grapes.

Since 2022, a new project has also been initiated through the cultivation of entire fields of flowers, creating a small Flower Farm. 18 types of flower fields have been designed to ensure various flowering periods throughout the year that all guests can enjoy. The latter can buy all the flowers that are grown in the Flower Farm and can also take them to their homes in the warmer season, thanks to special packages with water-soaked oasis. The flowers grown are agapanthus, anemone, lion's mouth, calla lily, cosmea, dahlia, cornflower, freesia, carnation, gladiolus, gypsofila, iris, lilium, hydrangea, peony, ranunculus, statice, and zinnia.

There are many excursions that can be made in the area, the main ones are definitely visiting the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, trekking through the many paths also within the farm,

Levanto-Bonassola-Framura bike path, boat trip just outside the bay of Levanto, visit to the small villages of Lizza, Dosso, Groppo and the charming Lavaggio Rosso, all within walking distance.
