Please note that the price depends on the number of people who rent the apartment, water, electricity, taxes included. The cost of heating is not included in the price, is calculated separately. Minimum stay:1 night. Breakfast is € 10 per person. The garden is equipped with tables and chairs in order to let guests eat out during warm sunny days.
Booking: booking will be held for 48 hours and will only be confirmed by e-mail after receiving the down payment; the deposit (30% of the amount due) will be confirmed by us via fax or e-mail.
Cancellation: in case of cancellation the down payment will not be refunded.
Payment: at the moment of booking we require a down payment by bank transfer or postal order, the remaining fee must be paid by cash on arrival.
Deposit: € 100,00 cash deposit on arrival.
Note: please note that the pool is an outdoor pool (not underground) with a diameter of 3.60 meters ideal especially for children.
