The agriturismo

The agriturismo is located in the open countryside in a charming, peaceful area, surrounded by Lugana-variety vineyards near Lake Garda. It is located at the foot of the Tower of San Martino della Battaglia, at about 500 m from the Sirmione motorway exit (A4). Very close (about 4-5 km) to the lakeside towns of Sirmione and Desenzano del Garda.

The accommodation

The agriturismo offers comfortable, appealing accommodation: from rooms with terrace - sleeping 2 or 3 - to apartments for families or groups of friends (sleeping 4-5) with use of the fully-equipped kitchen.

Each apartment has a colour TV, refrigerator, bed linen and towels, independent heating and air conditioning. Guests can use the spacious swimming pool in their free time. They can also use the barbecue and enjoy the open spaces provided by the agriturismo.

Wide availability of parking. Guests are issued with a special remote control to enter and exit freely from the gate at any time

Activities and surrounding

The agriturismo offers an atmosphere of familiarity and friendliness, with the opportunity for a quiet stay/holiday, spending time in a large swimming pool, surrounded by green countryside, savouring the culinary specialities - if desired - and the courtesy of the people who work there.

It is the ideal base from which to explore the many, varied attractions in the region: beautiful walks and horse riding trails, spas and cycling excursions. Many places of historical and cultural interest such as Sirmione (Catullo Caves), Gardone Riviera (Vittoriale), Mantua (Palazzo Ducale), Verona (Arena and the Roman Theatre), Vicenza (Palladio), Padua (Giotto) and Venice are within easy reach, as are the popular holiday destinations on Lake Garda, offering the opportunity to go surfing, sailing and try out many other types of water sports.

This is the ideal place for both an active and vibrant break and a relaxing holiday.
