Check-in time is from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am. In case of early departure there is no refund. It is absolutely necessary to contact the property prior to arrival for key delivery because we do not have a 24h front desk.

The end-of-stay cleaning, only for the apartments has a mandatory cost of € 60.00 to be paid in cash at the facility . The municipal tourist tax is €1.50 per person per night (from 13 years of age) is to be paid in cash at the facility.
Each apartment has only one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Children 0 to 2 years old free of charge. (Please indicate age of children when booking) . If you are booking with children please notify us at the time of booking.
Pets are allowed ONLY in the Moraiolo apartment, the Casaliva apartment and the Leccio del corno room at a cost of €50.00 per stay. The owners are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodations or other guests present. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room.
For apartments only: we provide one set of bed and bath linens per stay.
