BOOKING & PAYMENT CONDITIONS, CANCELLATION POLICY
You can book your stay directly on our website or by email. In this case, we need a confirmation email with the reservation data (name, surname, address, mobile phone number, number of the guests and their age, arrival and departure dates, special requests, preferred room, arrival time) and the data of a valid credit card, to guarantee the booking. The card will not be charged in advance except in the events mentioned in our cancellation policy as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY: finalizing the booking, the customer agrees that the credit card given as a guarantee will not be charged at a distance except in the events mentioned below. In general, for total or partial cancellations received by e-mail up to midnight on the fifth day before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.For total or partial cancellations received by e-mail after that date, a cancellation fee – at least one night, respectively, of 50% of the total amount of the stay or of the amount of the cancelled stay, will be charged. In case of no-show up to midnight on the arrival day, a fee of 100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged. In case of early departure, a fee of 100% of the amount of the residual stay will be charged.

PAYMENT: you can pay the stay at the restaurant, the day before departure or the morning of departure, within 10.30 am. We accept payment in cash, by debit card and with the main credit cards. Checks are not accepted.

SUPPLEMENTS
Crib / baby cot for baby up to 3 years old: 10 euro a day
Bed for children from 4 up to 12 years old: 20 euro a day
Bed for person from 13 years old: 30 euro a day
Dinner half-board (3-courses dinner by your choice): 30 euro per person, beverage not included

ANIMALS

The small – medium size dogs, quiet and well trained, are welcome. We do not accept cats.
Due to hygienic reasons, dogs are not allowed in the indoor restaurant & breakfast area.
For the eventual second dog there is a daily supplement of 10 euro for cleaning.
