Children under the age of 5 are NOT counted in the number of occupied beds, so, for example, in the case of a family with 4 adults (2 parents and 2 grandparents) and 3 children, if child no. 3 is under the age of 5 can still be accommodated (without any additional cost). Please, ALWAYS specify this at the time of booking.
In the case of booking requests for stays shorter than the minimum number of nights indicated, a small surcharge will be applied.
Check-in: from 3 pm to 7 pm. In case of delay, a fee of E 50 will be applied. In any case, contact the property.
Check-out: within 10 am
Early check-in or late check-out is NOT allowed.
In case of early departure or late check in, no refund is provided.
Children: free, at any age. In the villa there are many services for them, free.
Pets: they are allowed and always welcome. Specify their presence and their exact number at the time of booking. The owners will be responsible for any damage caused to the villa, to other properties, to the estate as well as to people and / or animals on the property. The price is € 10 per day for each animal present.
Booking and payment conditions: a deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, to be made by bank transfer; balance by bank transfer 6 days before the arrival.
Security deposit: upon check in will be required a security deposit of E 250, in cash. This sum will be refunded upon check out, if there are no damages to the property as well as internal and / or external furnishings.
Tourist tax: the price does NOT include the tourist tax, equal to 1E per person per day (excluding children under 14 years of age). The tourist tax will be calculated and paid in cash upon check in directly to the manager.
Final cleaning: € 99,90 per stay.
