The historical guest house is in Andes, place of birth of Virgilio (Andes 15.10.70a.C-Brindisi 21.9.19d.C.), in the natural Park of the river Mincio 8km from the Mantua city centre. The residence was built on the house ruin of the poet. From 1330 it was belonging to the Gonzagas, Lord of Mantua, till their decadence. Illustrious guests stayed here, as Pope Pio Piccolomini and Isabella d'Este.
In the ancient court there are pleasant accomodation (from 2 to 4 people) endowed with double room, bath with shower, parlor and a small equipped kitchen. Breakfast with our products will be served directly in your flat.
