The agriturismo

 

The organically run farm for all the family is immersed in the unpolluted and unspoiled natural surroundings of the Morenic hills within the Mincio Park only 5 km from Garda Lake, easily reachable by bicycle thanks to the cycle track only 20 metres from the building. Suitable for all those wishing to enjoy the immense tranquility of the countryside. 

 

The accommodation

The farm has four bedrooms, three double and 1 quadruple, all with bathroom and air-conditioning and 1 dependance created within an ancient stone dwelling for those seeking  a romantic and intimate environment.

The farm offers the chance of a holiday with your own pets who are welcome not only in the dining room, but also in the bedroom in accordance with our philosophy which respects the harmonious bond between man and his trusty pet at any given moment of the day.
Our home cooking gives you the possibility to savour and enjoy the typical flavours of the area right from the first breakfast made from genuine products and for the main part organic.
Enjoy your  meals cooked by our cooks from locally grown produce, such as capunsei, pumpkin filled tortelli, tagliatelle with duck or rabbit, pasta and beans, roast and grilled meat accompanied by our organically produced wine.
We are always very pleased to welcome our vegetarian guests and to offer them genuine food with the best of flavour and taste.
During the warmer months it is possible to go for walks or just simply lie in the shade of the splendid trees surrounding the farm.  

Activities and surrounding

Here we give you the chance to come into contact with animals raised on the farm, thereby recreating a rapport, an almost forgetten experience, especially for the younger generation.  The pleasant courtyard can be enjoyed in the company of the family’s very friendly dogs and cats ready to put a smile not only on the faces of the very young but also their parents.

Grazie alla vicinanza (soli 20mt) dalla pista ciclabile, facilmente percorribile da tutti, che collega Peschiera del Garda a Mantova, costeggiando per tutta la sua lunghezza il Fiume Mincio, offrendo così la possibilità di osservare la tipica flora e fauna del fiume, si offrono meravigliose escursioni in bicicletta e trekking (su richiesta si preparano anche pranzi al sacco).

As it is close (only 20 metres) to the cycle track, easily used by all, linking Peschiera del Garda to Mantova and running alongside the River Mincio, it offers at the same time the possibility to observe typical riverside flora and fauna to make cycling and trekking excursions a memorable and exciting occasion.  On request we also prepare ‘picnic’ food.
For the expert angler and the not so expert it is possible to try your hand at ‘sport’ fishing (fishing tackle is offered free).

- Environmental excursions by boat on the Mantovian lakes and the River Mincio with the “Barcaioli del Mincio”
-Folkloristic events with historical re-evocations held in the neighbouring villages such as the famous Grape Festival, and renowned National events such as Vinitaly, the Festival of Literature and the many exhibitions held in Verona and Mantova.
 
During the grape harvesting period it is possible to help picking with the family.
We also encourage the younger children to help with the normal daily farm activities such as feeding the animals and observing work carried out by the farm employees.

Excellent
With the bikes on loan, Lake Garda can be reached on track in 25 minutes. Very attentive staff, beautiful setting, the meals on the covered terrace are very pleasant. We took a half pension over 4 days and the dishes were very well served. I recommend this Agriturismo.
