An historic farmhouse renovated in keeping with the original architectural style, located in the green hills of Montale di Arcevia. The ideal base for a completely relaxing break in a region rich in history, art and nature.
Guest accommodation is provided in a former silk warehouse on an 18 hectare farm which grows cereals and truffles, and also has its own woodland and olive grove, nestled within a wildlife repopulation area. The swimming pool with umbrellas and loungers opened in 2013.
The estate is enclosed, allowing your children to play safely, and cars can be left in the covered car park. The agriturismo also provides bicycles for excursions in the open air. In the garden you’ll find a wood burning stove and a barbecue for use by guests.
Accommodation is provided in 2 one-room apartments with kitchens, double bedrooms and toilets, and 1 large apartment with open fireplace. All apartments feature private access, traditional furniture and gazebos in the garden.
The 2 one-room apartments, Fiori and Mimosa, can be combined for larger groups. The Bachi da Seta apartment is on the first floor and features a kitchenette/dining room, a mezzanine level with relaxation area, a double bedroom, an additional bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a further 2 beds on the mezzanine, as well as its own bathroom.
All apartments boast air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, kitchens with fridge-freezers, microwaves, coffee machines, kettles, crockery, pots and pans.
1.5 km away you’ll find supermarkets, and nearby there are restaurants serving delicious Marche cuisine.
Be sure to pay a visit to: the historic hamlet of Arcevia with its 9 castles - Avacelli, Castiglioni, Piticchio, Montale, Nidastore, Loretello, San Pietro, Caudino and Palazzo. You can also enjoy trips to Monte Catria or Monte San Vicino, and an hour by road takes you to the Gran Sasso.
The sea at Senigallia is just a 20 minute drive away, while half an hour takes you to Conero and the wonderful towns of Portonuovo, Sirolo and Numana. The Frasassi Caves are just a short distance away too. Recanati, Urbino and Ancona are all close enough for a day trip, along with Assisi, Gubbio, Città di Castello, San Marino and Gradara.
