The agriturismo
Agriturismo Casale Ripalta is an old farmhouse nestled in the hills of Le Marche, in the heart of the Esini Hills, 25 km from the beach of Senigallia, 15 km from the caves of Frasassi and not far from the artistic treasures of the city of Urbino.
It is possible to rent the farmhouse or the three independent apartments for one or more weeks.
The accommodation
On the ground floor, the Casale consists of two living rooms, large equipped kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, each with bathroom and air conditioning.
Outside there is a large porch with panoramic views of the Esini hills and the swimming pool.
The swimming pool (6 x 12 meters) is equipped with a salt chlorination system and water heated with a heat pump.
The garden and large parking area are for the exclusive use of the farmhouse guests.
The farmhouse is rented in its entirety for one or more weeks up to a maximum of 10/12 people.
The 3 self-contained apartments are located 25/50 m from the main farmhouse and are ideal for 4-5 people. They have air conditioning and televison. Outside they each have a veranda with barbecue.
Il Moscatello apartment (60 sq m) consists of a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms.
Il Giglio apartment (65 sq m) consists of large living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms and bathroom. The room on the upper floor is very large (22sqm).
Il Giuggiolo apartment (50 sq m) consists of kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the guests of the 3 apartments as well as the surrounding park.

The property is located in the small hamlet of Ripalta, one of the 18 districts of the municipality of Arcevia.
The Casale is located in a purely hilly area, called the Distretto Rurale di Qualità dei Colli Esini, famous for the production of D.O.C. Verdicchio wine.
The hills are enclosed between the Umbrian-Marchigiani Apennines mountain range to the west, and the Adriatic Sea to the east; an ideal geographic location that offers a wide variety of choices to the guest seeking a natural combination of sea and mountains while remaining in the tranquility of the countryside.
