The agriturismo
Surrounded by the green Conero Park, just 6 km from the sea (Portonovo, Sirolo, Numana, etc.) and a short distance from the charming medieval villages of the Marche hills, the agriturismo offers a unique experience of tranquility and contact with nature.
Created by the owners' passion for the environment, the Rustico Del Conero farmhouse is an ideal retreat where you can rediscover a familiar, simple and genuine atmosphere. Being surrounded by lush nature, its sounds and a panorama that stretches as far as the eye can see, makes this place magical for anyone who stays here, even if only for a few days.
The accommodation
The farmhouse has 6 double rooms with private bathrooms and a small patio and 5 mini-apartments with a bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchenette.
All accommodations are equipped with bathroom and bedroom linens, while the apartments are equipped with dishes, bed, bath and kitchen linens. For those who prefer to avoid air conditioning, simple fans are available.
The farm is certified organic, and the estate produces traditional and innovative crops, such as biomass. The family that runs the farm is particularly attentive to environmental issues and the use of renewable energy. A photovoltaic system, in fact, completely covers the facility's energy needs.
Built with full respect for the environment and man, the facility is ideal for those seeking relaxation for body and mind. Renovations included the use of modern technologies such as insulation, soundproofing, double glazing and ecological heating.
Activities and surrounding
Those who stay at our facility can rent pedal-assisted bicycles to explore the park's trails, go horseback riding thanks to the Endurance Marche equestrian center, just a short walk from our farmhouse, take boat trips on the Conero Riviera, and go paragliding on Mount Conero with the Conero Paragliding Sports Club.
