The agriturismo
An elegant farmhouse where tranquility and relaxation are the protagonists. Nestled in a vast garden and with a splendid swimming pool, the agriturismo is surrounded by the serenity of the countryside. Situated on a hilltop 150 meters above sea level in the picturesque hamlet of Abbadia di Osimo, it offers 360-degree panoramic viewsof the enchantinghills of the Marche region. Positioned in the heart of the Marche region, it is only 9 km from the beautiful beaches of Numana and Sirolo and 8/11 km from Loreto, Recanati and Ancona.
The accommodation
The farmhouse structure, located at house number 22, includes a main building with 6 one-bedroom apartments of 40 square meters each, equipped with double bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed (1 or 2 places). Another 2 two-room apartments are independent.
In addition, there is a panoramic room of about 70 square meters, with large terraces ideal for breakfasts and moments of relaxation, with a breathtaking view of the hills, the sea and the mountains of Le Marche. Further down, there is a swimming pool, equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. The agriturismo also has indoor covered parking for the 8 two-room apartments.
At house number 26, just 50 meters from the farmhouse, is a period villa with a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, capable of accommodating 8 2-persons, available exclusively. Guests of the villa can use the Agriturismo's swimming pool, which is shared with other guests.
The complex is surrounded by the countryside, enriched by olive groves and rows of orchards (apples and pears). Before the entrance gate, an elegant lavandeto welcomes visitors, adding a touch of sophistication to the entire residential complex.
Activities and surrounding
In addition to the swimming pool and large garden, ideal for moments of regeneration, the hillside and surrounding area offer numerous paths for walking and jogging. Nearby, you can visit the striking archaeological caves of Osimo and Camerano, while 40 km away are the spectacular Frasassi Karst caves.
The medieval villages that dot the hills of the Marche are also worth a visit. Just 15 to 30 minutes away, one can explore the Basilica of Loreto with its striking piazza, and Recanati, the birthplace of the famous poet Leopardi. Urbino, to the north, and Ascoli Piceno, to the south, are easily reached 100-120 km away. Finally, just over 140 km away, the Sibillini Mountains offer endless opportunities for hiking and nature walks.
