The agriturismo
Typical rural house in the Marche region whose renovation was completed in 2010 in full respect of the tradition of the place. The structure is intended for accommodation only, is composed of 2 independent units surrounded by an olive grove and with sea view. It is situated in the territory of Massignano, a small medieval village in the hinterland a few km from Cupra Marittima.
The accommodation
Apartment 1 consists of a living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The living room serves as a dining room, kitchenette on one side, in this room there are 2 sofa beds that can be used if there are more than 2 people, the TV (digital terrestrial and satellite) is located in a corner. The master bedroom has access to the terrace. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle (there is no bidet); it has a window. The terrace is small with a small table and sun shade, from this point there is a sea view. Apartment 2 consists of a living room, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. The living room serves as a dining room, kitchenette on one side, in this room there are 2 sofa beds that can be used if there are more than 2 people; TV with digital terrestrial and satellite. From the dining room there is external access to the terrace. The master bedroom has a window. The bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower cubicle (there is no bidet); it is equipped with a suction system as the window is absent. The terrace is large with table and sunshade. There is free wi-fi internet access (discreet speed).
Activities and surrounding
It is possible to use a barbecue in the square. The environment is perfect for those who love nature and a quiet holiday away from noise and pollution. Nearby there is a small golf course and a small lake where you can practice sport fishing.
