The agriturismo

In 12,000 square metres of grounds filled with towering age old trees, the agriturismo is a small hamlet of renovated farmhouses which enjoy beautiful views of the Adriatic (7 km away) and the Sibillini Mountains.

As well as rooms with private bathrooms, a restaurant, a children’s play area, tennis, a solarium, a swimming pool, whirlpool and nature trails, the farm also boasts a 500,000 square metre estate with animals, vegetable gardens, orchards, vines, woodland and pastures. Our place is special because of our Natural Dyeing Colors.

The accommodation

The agriturismo offers 11 rooms, to accommodate around 30 guests in total, spread over the renovated hamlet.There are twin, triple and quadruple rooms available, plus one suite comprising of two separate bedrooms and a lounge, perfect for larger families.

Each room includes its own bathroom, satellite TV, a fan and a minibar filled with water, wine, non-alcoholic drinks and the farm’s own fruit juices.

Activities and surrounding

As well as relaxing in the swimming pool with solarium or the whirlpool tub, guests can also enjoy mountain biking (bicycles are available on request), or jogging along the farm’s pathways among the hills and woodland, play tennis or explore the surroundings on foot, soaking up the simple rural landscapes and hidden delights.

We cultivate, extract and dye with Natural Colors. Is possible to ask and visit the lab or to reserve a lesson or a demonstration of dyeinf technique.

There is also a children’s play area with swings and a slide, ping-ping and a small billiards table.The agriturismo also offers a library of over 1150 different books and a music room.Finally, the solarium is the ideal place to soak up the sun and enjoy the gentle sea breeze which blows through the estate’s trees.
