The farmhouse is located just 20 minutes from the golden Adriatic beaches, nestled in the ancient vineyards. Those who love the real and genuine Italy, according to the renowned magazine Merian, can find it here in Le Marche.

If you are looking to take a break from normal routines and everyday stress, then you have found the right place, here in Montalto.

Relaxing in one of the apartments or holiday homes in the vineyards with a glass of Rosso Piceno or a piece of cheese in your hand, you can leave your troubles behind.

On the terraces of the renovated houses you can enjoy a panoramic view across the vineyards towards the sea and out across the Apennines, with a cappuccino and cornetto (Italian croissant) during the mornings.

Guests can choose between two residences in the countryside consisting of six apartments, five of which have been finely restored using healthy green building materials. We wanted to respect the Piceno culture and use traditional construction and renovation techniques, now lost in other areas.

Apartment Italia (5+1): ground floor, kitchen/dining room, 2 twin/double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, private outdoor porch.

Apartment Victoria (5+1): first floor, kitchen/dining room, 2 twin/double bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, private balcony.

Apartment Inzolia (4+2): ground floor, rustic style with exposed beams, kitchen/living room, 2 twin/double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, private porch.

Apartment Regina (4+1): first floor, rustic style with exposed beams, kitchen/living room, 2 twin/double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, small private wooden gazebo.

Apartment Sublima (2+2): first floor, rustic style with exposed beams, kitchen/living room, 1 double bedroom, sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower, entire private terrace.

Services in the above apartments: independent access, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher), washing machine, air conditioning, smart TV, free wifi.

Apartment Casa Nostra (6+2): At the agrituirstico complex has been recently opened to guests the old apartment of my grandmother, certainly less rustic and more 80s. It consists of kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower / bath, each room has access to a balcony.

The agritourismo TERRE VINEATE is located at Montalto Marche in the Ascoli Piceno region. Sitting in the heart of Italy - between the Adriatic coast and Apennine mountains - offering many tourist attractions for summer and for winter holidays.

You can reach the Adriatic coast in just 20 minutes, and the Sibillini mountains with its parks, hiking trails and ski runs and ski schools in the same time. The province capital of Ascoli Piceno and the town of Fermo can be reached in less than a half hour.

You can also find the coast in twenty minutes through the Val d'Aso where during the Easter and Pentecosal periods there is a feast for the eyes when all of the apple, peach and cherry trees are in full bloom as it is one of the major fruit production areas in the center of Italy.
