The agriturismo

A few hundred meters from the rural church of San Paolino (12th century), the accommodation enjoys the spectacular landscape of the Sibillini Mountains and offers a characteristic glimpse of rural life, with the possibility of participating in the harvesting and pressing of olives at the farm's olive press.

The accommodation

The house, dating back to the first half of the 19th century, has been fully restored under green building and retains wooden beams and fixtures, terracotta flooring and stone walls with exposed brick.

On the ground floor is the communal recreation room and dining room; on the second floor are the 4 lodgings, equipped with bathrooms: Pergola (double/triple) and Vigna (double) have their own terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool; Pero and Da Sole are structured on two levels and enjoy views of the Sibillini Mountains and the Tenna Valley.

From the recreation room there is access to the equipped outdoor space, the swimming pool and the garden of centuries-old plants.

There is the possibility for clients , who have private horses, to come and stay with their horses to take beautiful rides in the Marche countryside and on request use the sand field(30x40 mt) of the farmhouse

Activities and surrounding

The farm produces honey, cooked wine and a quality extra virgin olive oil; it is possible to visit the farm's olive press and participate in all related activities.

Less than 30 km away are important naturalistic, skiing and seaside resorts, such as the Gola dell'Infernaccio, the Abbadia di Fiastra Nature Reserve and Mount Falco.

Guests can go hiking and mountain biking in the surrounding area, visit outlets and shoe and hat factories, and in August, watch the Fermo and Servigliano horse race.
