The accommodation

The residential complex was born from the recent renovation of two farmhouses which were reorganised into 9 apartments, including one room, two room and three room accommodation. Comfortable and tastefully furnished, the apartments enjoy independent entrances through the park, fitted kitchens, air conditioning and a shared barbecue area.

Guests can enjoy relaxing in the scenic swimming pool with whirlpool and solarium, explore the characteristic pathways through the beautiful green surroundings, or go jogging along the dedicated routes to the pine forest. Younger guests will love the large play area.

Activities and surrounding

Porto San Giorgio with its large beach perfect for families is 16 km away, while there are a several fortified villages, from which visitors can admire the varied Fermo landscape. Why not take a trip to the artisans' workshops where ceramics and straw are crafted? Or you could visit the Picenum necropolis in Fermo or the historic theatres, while in every town you will find excellent typical cuisine.

There are nature trails around the Amandola region, the door to the Sibillini Mountains, while the Porto San Giorgio-Fermo motorway toll is just 14 km away.
