Agriturismo Case Leonori

Case Leonori is a spacious facility, surrounded by nature, where you can enjoy excellent moments of relaxation for a rejuvenating vancanza.

The agritourism includes 4 authentic and fully equipped apartments, 2 safari tents (Glamping), a panoramic swimming pool with a beautiful view of the valley, playground for children and a large garden.

Surrounding the farmhouse are beautiful towns, green hills and vistas, long beaches, delicious food in local restaurants and trattorias, and mountainous landscapes of the Apennines. There are also many walking opportunities, both directly around the farmhouse and in various natural parks.

All apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, living room, bathroom, tasteful bedrooms and all have their own private terrace. The facility offers 4 apartments:

Carina is the smallest apartment on the farm but cozy, ideal for 2-4 people. In high season 4 people (2 adults 2 children) can stay there by converting the sofa into a bunk bed.

Corte is an apartment for 4 people in the center of the farmhouse with 2 bedrooms.

Camino is a 4-person apartment with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room for an optional 5th person.

Castello is the largest apartment with space for up to 6 people. Ideal for a large family who wants some extra space or 2 families who want to stay together. The apartment is arranged on two levels.

The safari tents have private toilet facilities, kitchen, living area, bedrooms (3) with comfortable beds and large indoor and outdoor spaces, with room for 5 people.

The farmhouse organizes various activities during the peak season to have fun together during the vacations.

Every week you can enjoy an Italian dinner with local dishes , and every Sunday we toast together during the weeklyaperitivo. On Fridays, don't miss the pizza night for young and old, and then end the evening with music by the pool.

For sports lovers, every week you can discover the surroundings by organizing nuemose excursions with electric moutain bikes.

Case Leonori is located near the picturesque town of Treia, at an altitude of 500 meters. From the farmhouse one can visit several authentic villages and towns in the immediate vicinity, such as Macerata, Loreto, Recanati, San Severino Marche, and Cingoli. Hikers can admire the views offered by the Sibillini Mountains directly from the property.

Enjoying a day at the beach is also recommended; the nearest beach resorts are only a 45-minute drive away. For example in Porto Recanati and its pebble beach, the cozy shopping street. Monte Conero with the beautiful beaches of Sirolo and Numana are a 60-minute drive away.

Cycling enthusiasts can go mountain biking or cycling in the area. The agriturismo organizes electric bicycle (MTB) rides departing directly from the property. There are numerous routes, which can be more scenic along the valley or more challenging through the forest or over rocky outcrops.

There is also plenty for children to do, for example, theEldorada Aquapark in Cingoli is only a 30-minute drive away and you can climb trees in the Adventure Park.

The beautiful and famous Frasassi caves are also worth a visit (60 minutes by car).

There are also several restaurants, trattorias, and pizzerias nearby where you can eat typical dishes and drink a good glass of wine.
