Authentic farmhouse located in Cingoli, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, nestled in the heart of the 'Balcone delle Marche' at an altitude of 256 meters. A centuries-old farmhouse recently renovated using sustainable building practices, surrounded by ancient oaks and mulberry trees (mori), offering breathtaking views.
The facility is certified with the Quality Mark, and the farm is organic: the restaurant is exclusively reserved for guests staying at the farmhouse and not open to the general public. Guests have the option to enjoy half-board, including accommodation, breakfast, and dinner with all beverages included (wine, water, coffee, and digestifs).
In 2008, the farmhouse won the National Italian Hospitality Award, ranking first in the agriturismo category.

Organic farmhouse built inside a centuries-old farmhouse restored using bio-architecture techniques, surrounded by centuries-old oaks and mulberry trees (mori), from which the structure takes its name. Accommodating up to 24 people, the hillside location offers a wide panorama.

All rooms have an en suite bathroom with a window that overlooks an evocative view of the Marche region.
The property also has three mini apartments, including a 70-square-meter attic apartment for 2/6 people and two other brand new apartments for 4/5 people each, located on the ground floor, all with air conditioning, kitchenette, refrigerator, en suite bathroom and a breathtaking view. Internet connection, private parking, barbecue and independent entrance that allows leaving and returning from the facility freely without any time limit.
The cottage is equipped with a very modern photovoltaic system that makes the facility self-sufficient. The ceilings are all solid larch wood treated with natural products such as linseed oil and beeswax. Only natural materials, which do not release health-damaging fumes, have been used in the construction of walls and doors. Water disposal is carried out by a modern phyto-purification system, a natural system that respects the environment. All rainwater is recovered and reused.

Guests can enjoy traditional and mouthwatering suppers with the owners of the Country House, savouring the many flavours and products produced at the house's farm.
Mountain bikes can be hired to explore the interesting routes nearby. There is a large courtyard and play area for children.
The location of I Mori facilitates daily outings to visit the Holy Santuary in Loreto, the prestigious Palazzo Leopardi in Recanati, the ancient and enchanting caves at Frasassi, the historical Abbey of San Urbano in Apiro or the Cistercian Abbey of Fiastra. Excellent opera is on offer at the famous Sferisterio in Macerata.
