The agriturismo

In a panoramic position in the Macerata hills and just a stone’s throw from the sea and the mountains, the agriturismo owes its name to its particular geographical position, on the border between the municipalities of Treia, Appignano and Cingoli.

The recently-built facility recalls typical farmhouse architecture and offers fine traditional cuisine as well as comfortable accommodation.

The accommodation

The farmhouse offers 4 bedrooms with bathroom, TV and air conditioning; 3 are located on the first floor: Treia can also accommodate an additional single bed together with its double; Cingoli has a four-poster double bed; Appignano has two single beds. Macerata, on the ground floor, has a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom equipped for the disabled.

For those who prefer greater independence, the apartment Terra delle Marche offers a living room with kitchen, a bathroom, double bedroom and single room with an additional bed if needed.

A large dining room, with adjoining high-tech, professional kitchen, can seat 70 guests; outside is a small playground for children and the ideal setting for scenic walks.

Activities and surrounding

A 3 km from the agriturismo is the mini golf course of Botontano, and Verdeazzurro Aqua park in San Faustino di Cingoli. The Adriatic Sea and Sibillini Mountains are just half an hour’s drive away.

In the surrounding area, fortresses, monasteries, castles, churches, sanctuaries, museums and archaeological sites enrich many of Italy’s most beautiful villages, including Treia.

Outlets of leading artisanal brands are also within easy reach.
