The 10-hectare farm is surrounded by woods, vineyards and orchards (cultivated according to a completely organic specification). It is located on a hill with wonderful views of Sarnano, at the foot of the Blue Mountains and near the Sibillini Mountains National Park, on the border between Marche and Abruzzo. The accommodation
The complex is the result of the renovation of some 17th-century farms renovated into apartments and rooms respecting the ancient structures. In the main farmhouse there is the common room, where you can enjoy breakfast prepared with natural and local products, in addition to the lounge area for relaxation, TV and reading. The entire complex uses eco-friendly structures that include solar panels and photovoltaic panels; at the center of the estate there is also an ancient source that, once renovated, represents a useful water resource. The exterior is spread over several levels with gardens decorated with flowers and typical plants.
Activities and surrounding
Various services such as patio, swimming pool, riding stables and various trekking paths contribute to making your stay pleasant. Inside the structure there is also a wellness center, with jacuzzi, sauna and turkish bath, as well as a massage service. With 15 min. by car you get to the ski fields of Sassotetto and with 50 to the Adriatic (Civitanova Marche and Porto San Giorgio). The area of ??Macerata / Piceno offers fantastic opportunities for lovers of good food and for tasting local wines and oils.
