The agriturismo

Casa Vitaly is an old farmhouse entirely renovated in wood, located in Candelara (an ancient village known throughout Italy for its suggestive Candle Festival).

Immersed in the quiet of the Marche hills and about ten kilometers from the coast and the historic center of Pesaro and Fano, guests can relax in one of our 3 apartments furnished in a modern style, surrounded by about one hectare of fenced land where there are the farm's olive trees, a large garden and a wood inhabited by chickens and Stella, our precious "donkey mascot".

 

The accommodation

Casa Vitaly offers 3 fully independent apartments: Biancospino, Melograno, Ulivo.

The Biancospino apartment is located on the second floor and is a large studio apartment ideal for couples, consisting of a kitchen, a double folding bed and a bathroom with XL size shower.

The Ulivo apartment is a two-room apartment, also on the second floor, consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom and living area with kitchen and comfortable double sofa bed.

The Melograno apartment is a two-room apartment on the ground floor, consisting of a double bedroom, bathroom also accessible to those with physical disabilities, and living area with full kitchen and double sofa bed.

Francesca, who runs the farmhouse, lives at Casa Vitaly and is available for any needs.

Amenities include personal towel sets, bed linen, private parking, wi-fi connection, and ample outdoor space. Table and chairs in the garden are available for guests to eat cheered by birdsong in the background. You can relax on the sun loungers or deck chairs and enjoy the fantastic view of the Pesaro hills. For the more romantic I recommend watching the sunset while sitting in front of the lit brazier.

There is also the possibility to request the farm's products according to seasonality (in fact, we grow olives, Jerusalem artichokes, raspberries, blackberries, currants and pomegranate).

Activities and surrounding

The farmhouse is located in Candelara, in the municipality of Pesaro.

What sets this place apart is the tranquility of the surrounding nature, with the sea just a few kilometers away (as well as the historic center of Pesaro and Fano).

Nearby are riding stables and various paths for healthy walks.

From Casa Vitaly it is easy to reach cities of great tourist interest such as Urbino , a Unesco heritage site, the romantic castle of Gradara where the story of Paolo and Francesca in the Divine Comedy was set, nearby Romagna, Acqualagna known for its tarufo festival, Furlo an ideal place for water sports and trekking, and many other small villages in the nearby hills.... and, of course, the center of Pesaro, City of Culture 2024, with a program full of events and initiatives!

A fixture in winter is the famous Candle Festival in Candelara: during the weekends between late November and early December, the entire town fills with Christmas markets and is enlivened by various activities and religious celebrations.
