Useful information:
- Deposit of 30% of the total
- On request breakfast basket to be asked at the time of booking to be paid separately.
- during low season, Epiphany, Easter, 25th April, 1st May, Every Saints, Christmas and New Year's Day minimum stay 3 nights without limitation on the day of arrival.
- in mid summer season minimum stay 4 nights;
- period of high summer season, period of very high summer season, the minimum stay is 7 nights with day of arrival and departure only on Saturday.

- possibility to have breakfast at the cost of euro 6.00 per person per day;
- for those who stay with their pets we ask euro 5.00 per day of cleaning or a one-off for the long stay euro 30.00;
For waivers:
- within 30 days the deposit will be returned in full,
- within 15 days will be returned 20%.
