The agriturismo

The farmhouse is located in the Cesano valley, 30 km from the Marche Apennines and 17 km from the Adriatic coast.

Adjacent to the manor house, whose architectural structure is similar to that of the farmhouse, there is an old rural building, a former shelter for lemon trees, which is now used to welcome guests, who can enjoy their holidays surrounded by a large and charming garden with swimming pool.

The accommodation

The agriturismo offers 6 double rooms and one villa. The elegantly furnished rooms are simple and comfortable, with independent entrances, private bathrooms, teak parquet flooring, air conditioning and heating, and private outdoor space with gazebos, loungers and wooden tables and chairs.

In summer you can hire the entire villa, which spreads over three floors (ground floor, first floor and basement), and offers 7 bedrooms. All rooms and communal spaces boast teak flooring, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. On the ground floor you’ll find two adjoining rooms with a stylish connecting marble bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and a lounge with sofa and satellite TV. The first floor, which boasts heated flooring and a loft with wooden beams, offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a small lounge and a kitchenette. The basement houses 3 additional bedrooms, all with independent entrances and private bathrooms.

You’ll also find a swimming pool (16x8m) and a 6–seater Jacuzzi whirlpool tub.

Activities and surrounding

The Marche hills are home to typical ancient hamlets, such as Mondavio, a picturesque medieval town which dominates the landscape with its towers, belfries and the imposing Rocca Roveresca fortress. 30 km away, you’ll find the start of the slopes of Monte Catria, where pathways wind through history to magical places, such as Frontone, with its scenic castle, and the Fonte Avellana Monastery. For those who love the sea, the Adriatic Coast offers beautiful beach resorts, such as Fano, the famous soft sands of Senigallia, or the cliffs of the Conero Park. Urbino and the Frasassi Caves Regional Park are also well worth a visit.
