In the heart of Montefeltro, a quiet hilly location for an enchanting agriturismo just 5 minutes from Urbania and a few kilometres from Urbino, along the "Strada del Duca" in an evocative and relaxing setting.

No overcrowding: the two apartments host maximum 9 guests, guaranteeing privacy and tranquillity for all and a holiday marked by silence and physical and mental wellbeing.

Swimming pool with spa, mountain bikes, bowls pitch, barbecue, games for children, parking and internet Lan/Wi-Fi are free.

The accommodation

The farmhouse has been painstakingly renovated to create two apartments on the ground floor with large bright French doors, interiors in pastel colours and all modern conveniences. The apartments are equipped with a kitchen, private bathrooms, TV, wifi, independent heating, private entrance and a portico for dining outside.
Facing the valley just a short distance from the farmhouse is a heated swimming pool, spacious patio area and bowls pitch for hours of healthy fun.

Activities and surrounding

Mountain-bikes are available free-of-charge for excursions into the surrounding countryside and woodlands, with educational nature trails along the almost 1 km boundary of the estate, featuring ancient species of fruit trees, ornamental plants and typical local shrubs.

Thanks to the provincial road just 3 km away, cities such as Urbino (15Km), Urbania (5Km), Gola del Furlo (25Km), Gubbio (55km) and S. Leo (45Km) can be reached in a few minutes, as well as Gradara, Parco Naturale Monte San Bartolo and the Adriatic Riviera (50km), San Marino and the Grotte di Frasassi (60Km), Rimini, Riccione and the fun parks along the Riviera Romagnola (60km).
