Il Ranco: this independent apartment features a bedroom with double bed, cot/camp bed with changing table and baby toilet seat. The living area is on the ground floor, and the sleeping area and bathroom are on the first floor. Il Poggio: this independent, intimate apartment is on the first floor of the villa, and offers a double bedroom plus an additional single. Furnished with Arte Povera pieces adorned with lace and tulle, this apartment offers a lounge with kitchenette with adjacent access to the bedrooms and bathroom with walk-in shower and wall-mounted hair dryer. Il Serrone: large, with 3 bedrooms, this apartment is also furnished in Arte Povera style, spread over two floors with a central staircase like in traditional farm houses. In the lounge, in front of the table, you’ll see the old open fire. The two double bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers and wall-mounted hairdryers. The 3rd bedroom has two single beds (which can be made into a double), plus a separate bathroom with walk-in showers and wall-mounted hairdryers. Rooms may also be booked individually, with the living area becoming communal space (during winter only).
The restaurant serves a delicious selection of homemade regional dishes. The 85 square metre lounge (seating 80) features a large open fire at its centre, with the coat of arms of the old noble house. With its stone walls and large windows, this is the ideal space for ceremonies and events. The menu is rich and wholesome, from zero mile Marche meat to fresh fish, and typical organic produce from the farm (available to purchase in the shop).
In the surrounding area you can fly gliders (thanks to the climbing currents), enjoy skiing on Monte Catria (with a children’s play area on site), hike along challenging routes, go climbing, trekking and enjoy horseback excursions (with the agriturismo’s partner riding school). The sea is 40 minutes away, and Gubbio and Urbino, the Frasassi Caves and Fonte Avellana are all within half an hour.
