Hopefully you will give us another chance to meet your demands in the future. As for the weight of our pigs, unfortunately we did not have time and ways to explain our breeding. For more than 20 years, we at Ginestra have been adopting a very special feed for pigs. The protein food that makes pigs' muscle mass grow is spelt. An expensive cereal and not used by other farmers; after a careful evaluation of the 2 breeds we have crossed to raise pigs that can reach a weight of about 350 kilos. For years we have been the subject of studies by the agricultural university of Campobasso, which have done nothing but ascertain the genuineness of the food and the healthiness of the environments in which the pigs live.
