The Casali di Collemonte are an ancient country residence within an estate nestled in the hills of lower Molise.

Just over 20 min from the Adriatic Sea of Termoli, the farm offers a breathtaking view!

The two splendid infinity pools, one of which is for children, contribute to a relaxing holiday for the whole family. The excellent local cuisine, 100% natural, takes guests by the throat!

The owners Fernando Antonio and Nicolina are always at guests' disposal.

The ancient country residence consists of two farmhouses: one, older and made of stone, dates back to the middle of the 19th century, while the other, of more recent construction, still preserves the precious plasters in pure natural lime.

Both houses have been recently renovated with great care. The brick vaulted features in the ground floor rooms, the wooden floors in the first floor rooms and the terracotta floors have been preserved. Modern and design elements have been added to the antique furniture in the various rooms.
 

The structure has 6 large double bedrooms and 3 suites for a total of 24 beds. All accommodations have private toilets, air conditioning, free wifi and beds with high quality mattresses.

The Achillea suite is located in the attic of the farmhouse; it looks south, with a splendid view of the valley below and the surrounding hills.

Anemone Blu is composed of a living room of about 25 square meters, with a balcony overlooking the valley. It has two bedrooms, each of 20 sqm and with independent bathroom. The floors in antique terracotta tiles and the wooden floors have been treated with 100% natural impregnants and finishes. The most important and sunny environment of the stone farmhouse.

The Arnica room is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse with lime plaster. It has an independent entrance on the courtyard. On request, you can connect it to the double room Ribes, forming a single room (suite) for a family of 4 or 5 people (47 sqm in total).

The Viola nel Pensiero room faces east, towards the square and the entrance road to the farmhouses.

The Calendula room instead looks west, towards the green area and the swimming pools, with the hills in the background.

The Azalea room looks both south towards the valley and east towards the square and the entrance road to the houses. It has a sail ceiling.

The Artemisia suite is perfect for 4 people; it is located on the first floor of the farmhouse with lime plaster.

The Melissa room looks south towards the valley below and has air conditioning.

The 2 dining rooms are located on the ground floor of the farmhouses.

Outside, guests can enjoy the 2 infinity pools set in a large green area, the large canopy furnished with wrought iron chairs and armchairs for relaxation and the open bar, open from April to October. There is also a barbecue area.

In the company

Guests can sunbathe and enjoy the 2 infinity pools, read a good book on the lawn in the shade of a mulberry tree or simply relax in meditation, enjoying the landscape and perhaps take part in a yoga course.

In the surroundings

There are many activities to choose from! Walks and mountain bike excursions (for hire) along the paths of the Celano (Aq) - Foggia, one of the Ancient Ways of Transhumance, which passes a few hundred meters from the farmhouses. Horseback riding and riding lessons in the stables, which is about 10 min from the farmhouses.

There are tennis courts in San Giuliano. The historical centre of medieval origin and the multimedia museum are worth a visit.

For those who want to travel by car, in a short time you can reach many interesting places. 15 minutes away is the Lipu oasis of Casacalenda and Larino with the remains of the Roman amphitheatre. A little further away the Adriatic Sea with Termoli and its beautiful old town, the Swabian castle and boarding to visit the Tremiti islands.

Upper Molise is full of woods and beautiful villages:Agnone, the site of a historic laboratory that produces bronze bells for the Vatican, Pietrabbondante, Isernia with its national museum of the Paleolithic, the nature reserve of Collemeluccio in Pescolanciano and many other places of interest such as Capracotta, a mountain village at 1400 meters above sea level and the ski resort of Campitello Matese.
