Strada della Maggiora, 140, 15011 Acqui Terme (Alessandria) Code 006001-AGR-00001
A traditional nineteenth century farmhouse in the hilly vineyards of Upper Montferrat, newly renovated in classic Piedmont style, where the values of tradition and forgotten flavours are treasured and preserved. The ideal oasis for those looking for a relaxing, comfortable break, enjoying quiet moments in the peaceful garden or on the terrace, admiring the breathtaking views of Montferrat's vines.
The agriturismo is particularly proud of its creative cuisine, from first courses prepared lovingly by hand, to delicious desserts, straight from the oven.
The complex overlooks the garden and swimming pool.
Cascina Marcantonio offers modern guest accommodation in 8 rooms and one suite, with all the home comforts you could need. The rooms are named after the nine steepest, most mythical Piedmont hills.
Elements such as wood and terracotta floors, stone vaults and exposed brick walls create a traditional rural ambience, while modern designer furnishings bring a more contemporary tone, all without distracting attention from the beauty of the landscape.
Wake up to the scent of breakfast, with homemade biscotti and jams, before days spent enjoying tasty snacks and snack or poolside aperitifs, followed by dinners of simple dishes that combine tradition with modernity.
