The agriturismo
At Piane della Brughiera in the Biellesi Prealps, farmhouse in a natural setting offering scenic views across the valley and overlooking the Padana Plain stretching out from Monviso to Milan and Malpensa.
The accommodation
The agriturismo offers rooms with scenic views, appointed with restored antique furniture that enhances the classic style and warmth of the environment, breakfast room with open fireplace and reading room for various uses. The restaurant will be open from July 2013. Here will be serving traditional recipes prepared with local produce.
On the ground floor there is a sauna/whirlpool room for guests who want to unwind, or you can just relax around the swimming pool or get some healthy exercise on the soccer pitch and volley ball court.
The agriturismo is surrounded by pastures offering plenty of opportunity for hiking and open spaces where the kids can play.
Activities and surrounding
The agriturismo is part of the consortium of the Oasi Zegna, a nature park that stretches between Trivero and Valle Cervo with the ski resort of Bielmonte. Attractions in the area include the Veglio Adventure Park and the museum of the wheel at Pray.
With just a short car guests can visit the Sanctuary of Oropa, Biella, the mediaeval town of Candelo, lakes Orta and Maggiore, the Valsesia valley, Varallo and Alagna at the foot of Monte Rosa.
