In Dogliani, in the heart of the Langhe Albesi, the Casa Matilda farmhouse also offers a panoramic swimming pool with heated and salted water, large spaces around the house where you can read a good book or sip a good glass of Dolcetto, a beautiful garden and a playground where you can share with your family happy and restful moments.
The little ones, but not only, will be able to enjoy table tennis, table soccer, swings, basketball, archery and many other games.
For all those who will be pleased, Anna and Fabio will be available for tours and tastings.
The accommodation
The farmhouse offers its guests 4 apartments ideal for families with children but also for couples and for all those who are looking for an oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by nature.
"Studio Loft2" is a loft obtained from the old barn, single room with sleeping area, with double bed, and living area furnished with kitchen equipped with table and benches. Bathroom equipped with large shower, sink and bidet.
It has direct access "Two-room Loft1" is a large two-room apartment made out of the old barn, with comfortable bedroom, living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower. The two lofts have direct access to the outdoor garden equipped with a pergola furnished with tables, chairs, umbrellas and sunbeds.
"Family apartment" is a large apartment on the second floor of a typical Lagna farmhouse, with two double bedrooms, spacious living room with sofas and armchairs, fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, bathroom with shower.
"Superior apartment" also on the second floor of a typical Langa farmhouse, consists of two large double bedrooms, one with the addition of a French bed. It has a spacious living room adjacent to a well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, hair dryer and soaps. There are 3 balconies.
Breakfast is not served. All apartments have fully equipped kitchens, where coffee, tea and herbal teas will be found. In additionm, upon arrival, guests will find a greedy welcome needed to eat breakfast in the safety and full privacy of the apartment, on the large terrace or on the patio adjacent to the lofts.
Activities and surrounding
Excellent juices and fruit pulp, fruit preserves and fruit in syrup are produced in the workshop.
Following traditional recipes, they also produce tomato preserves, vegetable appetizers that are preserved thanks to self-produced artisanal vinegar. In fact, in recent years the winery has given way to a large vinegar cell ar consisting of a predominance of wooden barrels and a few steel barrels for the maturation of Moscato white vinegar.
In addition to the latter, we produce the classic red wine vinegar and the one flavored with Langa herbs,Nebbiolo vinegar,Barolo vinegar and our Balsamic vinegar obtained by cooking Moscato must.
On the CasaMatilda property passes a magnificent loop trail that runs through all the hills around. The trail is part of the "Dogliani trails" circuit.
Guests will be able to be involved in the farm's fruit and vegetable production, processing and production of our excellent products.
Guests will also be able to make use of the farm's products by going directly to pick fruit or vegetables from the gardens.
