The agriturismo
Located just 9 km from the centre of the city of Alba, in the heart of the Langhe, the farm spreads over 12 hectares of land cultivated with vines.
The agriturismo is on the east side of a hill which was once covered with durmast woods (“Rovere” in Italian, which gave the farm its name), and surrounded by Moscato vines on the hills of Barbaresco and Neive.
The accommodation
The agriturismo has 2 double rooms - Viola and Nocciola – both with satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. The breakfast room also offers a peaceful and private area where guests can sample speciality desserts and salads typical of the region.
The swimming pool (10x4m), with scenic views of the hills, offers a large relaxation zone and is surrounded by vineyards.
Activities and surrounding
The Langhe is a region characterised by the vastness of its horizons, marked by towers and castles, and by the vines which extend as far as the eye can see, from which several famous wines are produced, including Barbaresco, Moscato and Dolcetto d'Alba.
The owners can provide you with information on local wine producers that offer tasting, and on restaurants and osterias where you can sample traditional cuisine.
Upon request, guests can also enjoy searching for Alba white truffles with a local expert.

We stayed for a week at Cascina Roreto with our one-year-old daughter. Carmen manages the facilities. She is the best hostess you could wish for. Food, views, hospitality, cleanliness,... Everything was perfectly arranged. We certainly hope to come back.

The farmhouse has a beautiful view among the vineyards. Quiet environment with good facilities and rooms. Hospitality of Carmen is very pleasant. Good location to explore Piedmont. Best to arrive via Treizo-Tinella and not via Canta. Road is bad last 500 meters.
