In regards to check in, we would love to greet you in true Piemontese style with a glass of wine and something to nibble on.
If you could kindly let us know the approximate time of your arrival a few days before, so we can get everything organised, that would be greatly appreciated.
Check in time is from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
To speed up check-in practices, please send us few days before your passport or identity card pictures via WhatsApp or by email.
For your private moment of relaxation, we have just inaugurated a Private SPA which you can book on our website (one hour and a half just for you at 30 €/adult and € 15/child).
The cancellation policy is:
- up to 15 days before arrival no charge
- between 14 and 2 days before arrival 50% of total agreed price (charge credit card)
- 1 day or no-show, the full price will be charged
