An ancient Church property dating back to the 13th century, the complex is nestled in the beautiful setting of the Langhe, surrounded by vineyards, hazelnut groves and woods.
The San Martino farmhouse is now a charming location, the result of passionate renovation work, where past and present combine to offer guests the chance to enjoy the typical flavors, scents and hospitality of tradition in an environment equipped with all the comforts that modern technology can offer.
Here it is also possible to enjoy genuine home cooking: among the many specialties, ravioli al plin, braised and stewed meat, tajarin with fresh eggs, knife-beaten raw meat and, of course, bonet.
The farmhouse is ideal for adults: we accept guests ages 14 and up.
The 7 twin rooms plus one room equipped for disabled guests comprise private bathrooms with showers and period or traditional style furniture. In more detail:Angeli is a room with prized architectural features and the best view; Primavera boasts a magnificent period floral fresco on its vaulted ceiling; Barbabuc is suitable for disabled guests; Nôs, Ninsola and Nespo offer twin beds that can be joined or separated as needed.
Guests also have access to a gym, a room for relaxation treatments and a 3-lounge restaurant which seats up to 90 people.
The Langhe is an area rich in fortifications and churches; in the vicinity of the agritourism you can visit: Barolo with its castles and the headquarters of the Enoteca Regionale; the 14th-century Albaretto Tower; the 12th-century Barbaresco Tower; the imposing Canale building; the Corneliano Tower with a unique 10-sided plan; and the Serralunga Castle built by Pietrino Falletti between 1340 and 1350.
